AquariumOutlet.shop sells outlet, refurbished, overstock and short-date aquarium products to consumers and businesses.

Product Information

We do our best to display product information as accurately as possible.

Outlet and refurbished products may:

  • contain cosmetic imperfections;
  • be supplied without original packaging;
  • have limited availability.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise:

  • no manufacturer warranty applies;
  • a limited 3-month seller warranty applies for proper functioning under normal use.

Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Pricing

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Availability

Products are sold while stocks last.

Liability

AquariumOutlet.shop is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or damages caused by improper use of products.

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
