Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AquariumOutlet.shop.

As we sell outlet, refurbished, open-box and short-date products, some items may differ from regular new products. Please carefully read the product descriptions and condition details before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted when:

• the product is complete;
• the product has not been damaged by misuse;
• the product is returned securely packaged;
• all included accessories are returned.

Exceptions

The following products may be excluded from returns:

• opened or used consumable products;
• products with limited shelf life;
• specially discounted short-date products;
• products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Any exclusions will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Refurbished & Outlet Products

Outlet and refurbished products may:

• contain minor cosmetic imperfections;
• be supplied without original packaging;
• have limited availability.

These characteristics do not qualify as defects when clearly communicated beforehand.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Any loss in value caused by excessive use may be deducted from the refund.
